The MCP dashboard is where you manage the connection itself rather than search from it.

Sign in with the same Civic IQ account you use everywhere else. If you are already signed in to civiciq.com, you arrive signed in.

Overview

Your plan, the credits you have left, how many tool calls you have made in the last 30 days, and when your credits reset. Unmetered plans show Unlimited rather than a balance.

This page also holds Connect an assistant: step-by-step instructions and a setup video for both Claude and ChatGPT, the connector URL ready to copy, and example prompts.

Credits

Your usage history as a chart, with the option to buy more credits or change plan. Payment runs through Stripe.

Manage tools

Turn individual tools off for your own account.

A disabled tool disappears from your assistant's tool list and is refused if something calls it anyway. Turning it back on here restores it, though your assistant may need the connector disconnected and reconnected before the tool reappears.

account_details cannot be turned off.

This is worth knowing when a tool seems to be missing. It may be off here rather than absent from your plan. Plans and limits covers the other reason.
