Signal Feed Guide

The deep-dive view behind every signal card: meeting summary, AI-generated talking points, contacts, and the source document.

Signal Feed

Every card in the AI Mode feed is a summary. Clicking into a signal opens the Signal Analysis view — the deep-dive behind that card, with the full meeting summary, attendees, verified contacts, an AI research assistant, and a link straight into the source document.

What the Signal Detail Page Contains

ElementWhat It Shows
SummaryWhat was discussed in the underlying meeting or document, and who was present.
ContactsThe people mentioned in that specific signal (e.g. a town supervisor, a council person), with verified emails and phone numbers — filtered the same way as everywhere else, against the Target Persona configured in Settings.
AI AssistA conversational panel with preloaded, ready-to-use talking points drawn directly from what was discussed, plus the ability to ask free-form follow-up questions.
DocumentThe public document (or video) released after the meeting, viewable and searchable in place.
Agency linkClicking the agency name opens the full Agency Profile for that organization in a new tab.

Finding Contacts on a Signal

Every signal carries its own Contacts tab - the people who were actually mentioned in, or connected to, that specific meeting or document (for example, a town supervisor or council member named in the discussion).

  1. Open the signal and select the Contacts tab alongside the summary
  2. Review the list - each contact is shown with verified email and phone number where available
  3. Contacts are automatically filtered to the job titles set in Target Persona under Settings, so the list stays focused on decision-relevant people rather than a full agency directory
  4. Select a contact directly from here to add them to an outreach sequence

If someone known to be at that agency isn't showing up in the default list, use Expand Search to look them up by name or title directly - this pulls in contacts beyond the standard Target Persona filter for that one search.

CS Insight: Contacts surfaced on a signal are the same underlying directory used on the Agency Profile and in RFPs - so a contact found here will also appear consistently wherever else that agency comes up. This is also where outreach starts: contacts pulled from a signal's Contacts tab flow directly into Add to Sequence, with no need to re-search for the same person elsewhere in the platform.

AI Assist: Skipping the Manual Research

Reading a lengthy public meeting document to find the handful of relevant lines can take hours - AI Assist is built to remove that step entirely.

  • Preloaded questions surface the talking points most relevant to the signal automatically
  • Follow-up questions can be typed in plain language - summarize the discussion, list the milestones mentioned, or identify which vendors came up
  • For recorded meetings, the same summarization and Q&A works against the video, with a link back to the original recording
  • Talking points can be copied directly into an email or message, or used as the starting point for Add to Sequence

CS Insight: This is meant for the same fast-turnaround scenario as Agency Assist: a 100-page meeting document that would otherwise take a couple of hours (or a researcher) to comb through gets reduced to a direct answer in a few seconds, without leaving the signal.

Working the Document Directly

The Document tab shows the actual public record generated by the meeting. A word or phrase can be searched directly (with match-case support), jumping straight to the relevant page - useful for confirming exact wording before quoting it back to a contact.

Taking Action from a Signal

Once a signal has been reviewed, the same actions available from the feed are available here:

  • Save - keep the signal for later without committing to outreach yet
  • Add to Sequence - launch the AI-generated outreach sequence (see the Email Sequences documentation)
  • Add to Pipeline - move the opportunity into the shared team tracker (see the Pipeline documentation)
  • Dismiss - mark as not relevant, which also trains AI Mode's future scoring
